Food/eating habit

I like eating very much. But I have gained a lot of weight recently, so I eat salad for dinner every day. This food is low in calories and good for my health. Also, I often drink much water recently because I have heard that it promote the elimination of waste products. But I like eating cakes and ice creams very much. I eat ice creams every day. They are high in calories, but I can't bear. I take more exercise and I want to consume. (87 words)
